Sorry i am new to the conversation, but though i agree that Vader is still as awesome in the new continuity, as in the old EU. I think that the part of the EU, with the world eating character feats won't appear. Even though it is clear in "lordts of the sith" that Sidius wasn't fighting at full power, they seem to have toned him quite a bit down from the giant fleet eating force storms, and i hope they don't resume Luke's god mode This was not really an argument against your assesment of Vader, but rather a way for me to slip into the conversation Anyway, about the Wrath i find him very difficult to place. Especially since it is difficult to compare him to characters who aren't in game. As the wrath story is kind of your own Vader like story, i usually think of him as a Vader equal, though that is just "my wrath"

i think people are selling Arcann a bit short in this thread. Yes Vaylin does seem to have more raw forcepower than him, but he is still quite formidable, since he kind of kicks our asses and i'm not sure she could beat him if it came to that. I would guess that he is a better lightsaber duelist, and he can clearly defend against Valkorians forcepowers, plus he can take quite a beating. i think Vaylin might betray him, but i don't see her beat Arcann.

So will we still be able to re roll a character from the original story, or will the original chapters be replaced by the new in the next expansion? I would much like to re roll a character of mine once the expansion is out, but now i'm not sure, because i kind of get the feeling, that there would be differences in how you start out, as in Wow, where the original map and year where you start is pushed in line with the new expansions

So what if you win/ are the hero, though you are the bad guy? I personally like going at least partially dark side, because there are many pragmatic decisions in the category. I like winning because i was smart, ruthless and cunning, rather than because i was morally right.

I know that the empire isn't a democracry, but that doesen't have to matter. Even in the most brutal dictatorships, the goverment usually fails to keep game changing events secret. Adolf Hitler was for example, completely unable to keep his defeat at Stalingrad secret from the public. Sure the empire has several options available to keep the public ignorant, but such crushing events usually gets out anyway

well. emperial citiizens doesen't as far as i know, doesen't have any laws that restricts their movements in any real way. Or at least that is what lord scourge has said. Also they couldn't keep the rumors about the emperors death from spreading, and later his official death

A sort of denial position, or forcing oneself not to think about it through other matters It is not a major issue for me. i like what they did with the entire patch, but i just think that what i think was a perfect ending to the ziost story, had such a weak dialoge between the spymasters. I think a more perfect solution would be, a sense of hopelesness, and also holo vids showing mass panic in the empire. would still give it a 5/5 stars

try and hear it on audiobook, and then watch the cutscene, you'll get the chills

i actually think the patch was pretty good, and the final cutscene where the planet died had a perfect emotional impact, especially, since i just (once again) finished the audiobook "darth bane path of destruction" with the thought bomb. the only problem was the after reaction from the spymasters, Lana and Theron.

How come both Theron and Lana are both relatively cool about it?? Lana: well a major imperial world just died, but i think we did okay? and Theron: Well the grand master and supreme chancellor are pretty mad at me, so that is what i will mostly talk about in the 2 min long discussion. Damn there should be widespread panic, we should get a sense of doom and despair. :/

It would also make sense for it to be in the new cartel packs, since it's called explorers pack, and Malgus was head of the expedition fleet

so.. with the new outfit designer element, would there might be a chance for a Darth Malgus armor, with both hood up, and down. Been waiting for this since the game came out. Please, we have so many other outfits from other characters.
