  1. You are asking for our opinion on who should be the "cannon" Outlander aye? Well I think any of them would work fine as long as the writers tailored it to that specific class. They will have to create scenarios where it is believable that this smuggler/ bounty hunter/ agent / trooper is taking on the most powerful force users the galaxy has had the misfortune to come across and survive. There would be no shooting Arcann with a blaster pistol if the Outlander is say a powertech. You would see the character utilize flame throwers, grenades, missiles, and the rest of his heavy artillery. Oh and they will need some Deathstroke level prep skills. Though if hey did canonize the Outlander, it would of course be someone with a lightsaber, so like the other's have previously said, The Hero of Tython. (I'd be partial to a female Torgruta, I love me some Ashoka) Though I think they should step away from their Jedis and maybe focus on the sith. Break the mold so to speak with a complex darkside aligned character that doesn't come off as some sort of psychopath. Hell maybe make the fact know that darkside =/= evil. Contrary to how the movies portray them. They would be leading an alliance, make us believe they are worth following.
  2. Hmmm, I personally don't care about Koth one way or the other. Yes he disagrees with some things my characters say but I like that, it makes it more real. I do like his design, pretty sleek, though I do wish he had more of a bad *** voice. Keith David anyone? Eh? Eh? HBO Spawn? No? Requiem for a Dream? Yeh, that dude has a bad *** voice. Of course the race **** had to come in to play, you either are black and think people are hating on a character because they're black or you're white and you feel white guilt. I honestly do not care. Maybe some people do dislike him because aesthetically he isn't pleasing to the eyes. Racist? Hmm maybe. Preference? Hmm more likely. Ensign Reina Temple has a blonde bun and is white on my agent. Is it because I am racist? Well maybe... I guess it's possible and I just haven't come to terms with it. I thought the blonde Reina was prettier. That is my preference. Do I dislike Felix Irresso? Yup, he is too cheerful and it pisses me off. Am I racist? Hmm maybe.. but even if I changed his skin color he would still be a bit of a ***** to me. Have I changed any of my companions to look black? Nope, they all look a bit weird to me. That is my opinion. It doesn't mean black = bad in general I just think in this game for the most part unless I craft my character myself (like my BH and my trooper) I think aesthetically black characters in this game usually look weird, besides for Koth. Does that make me racist? I certainly hope not since I am black. Even though... I guess it's still possible... haha, but no it's all a matter of what looks better to me.
  3. I thought about this as well. So I will be throwing tons of influence into Hk-51 just in-case Senya disappears on me. They probably will not tell you who will leave in the future. I would pick a companion you know won't be leaving you if you are that concerned about it and shove gifts down their throat.
  4. I don't know if I can consider myself an RPer, but I do like to write the motivations and pasts of my characters for my own personal entertainment. My Bounty Hunter and his brother the Trooper, have been at odds for a while fighting on opposite sides of the war. They still care for each other but their paths lead them to two different sides.(BH use to be a trooper as well.) There is a lot of backstory I am not gonna cover here because that doesn't answer OPs question, but for the most part my Bounty Hunter is trying to adapt. His brother the trooper has somehow disappeared, along with his ex wife the Voidhound and he doesn't understand why anyone doesn't have any answers to how it happened. On top of that, his three good associates, he would even go as far to call them friends, are MIA as well. The Wrath he thought would never fall, the Agent who always had an out, no matter the situation.. and the Dark Council member who eats ghosts for breakfast. My BH has met the companions of some of his friends, and they have no idea what happened. My BH has been through hell and back with these people, on the Empire and the Republic, and he wants to know why all these titans have vanished and only he remains. On top of all that his own personal crew is missing, and the only thing he can find from them is a letter Mako sent him, when he was in carbonite that sounded like a goodbye letter. His train of thought being if she thinks I am dead, so be it, I will allow her to move on with her life,( like he allowed the Voidhound to do years ago), but he will still honor their marriage till he can find out for sure if she has moved on. Luckily two of his crew, Treek and HK-51 have found their way to the alliance and that made him feel a bit of joy to see two more familiar faces in addition to Lana and Theron. He even kind of enjoyed seeing his ship's droid talking about sending him out of an airlock. It allowed him to hold on to something he use to know from the past. Anyway my BH is going through the emotional ringer, but luckily he has an Alliance to lead, it gives him a job to do, and my Mandalorian loves his jobs.
