As a rule of thumb I always treat such mails as fraudulent, I do believe bioware would of informed the whole community of such a thing

I have had no issue with the rerollers in sub 50 pvp only issue I have had of late are the "twinked" out 49's with full augmented gear and the top end mods etc for the level, stomping round with a good 4k extra HP and hitting like trucks.

I am just about to hit 50 on my 4th toon I have had no issue getting gear or running flashpoints either. no issue on any of my alts to be honest. try crafting, planet coms or making friends?

I just finished healing the new op on my Sorc. I have to say healing PVE is sure more of a challenge now but I have managed with a few tweaks to my rotation and my gear. I am full raka I was luck enough to have several spare raka tokens sitting in my cargo bay, so I exchanged them for gear that had large chunks of alacrity and started to play about until I reached a point where my heal speed had a good enough decrease in cast time but kept my heals at a viable level, I still heal from 3k upto 5.3k. I then took a look at my rotation again seems the instant win rotation was obviously no longer possible, I grabbed my guild MT and we headed down to the new heroic in the black hole, we 2 maned it down to the finale encounter allowing me to tweak my rotation until I had something that worked for me, I tested the finale rotation by bugging out the finale encounter in the heroic (2 ppl click console at right time you start a double event) this event is a little intense for 2 people as is so this made it a nice challenge and semi close to an operation force management encounter. anyway by the end of it all I am once again a very effective healer for our guild ops, I found it harder but not impossible to heal the whole op, to some up you just need to find the best way you can play your class and make it effective.
