I have not received credit for killing either of these for the story quest (Soa) and the weekly (Gharj) on hard mode or normal for two weeks in a row. Same thing applies for almost everyone in the group except for maybe one person. I have submitted a ticket about this and have had no response. This should be a priority fix.
