I suggest you reread the questions on the first page of this thread. I specifically ask whether a sustained dps spec is suitable for an environment that prefers burst damage. This is based on annihilation's lack of burst and limited application of bleeds. The specific examples you provided (i.e. cleansable bleeds, ramp up time, etc) are represented by the bucketed issues provided in the question. The whole point is to ask about the bigger problem, provide a few examples, and get a complete answer. If we ask a question just about cleansable deadly saber, we leave ourselves with a very limited answer. If you like, I can try to fit one of your examples into the question. And megatf, seriously....calm down lol. <3

Updated 9/15 Modified wording for both carnage and annihilation. Included another community suggestion for Annihilation. I just want everyone to be aware that we will not be forcing too many specific changes on the developers. I think if we focus on general issues/developer intentions (i.e. annihilation needs more burst, etc) we will get a better response. Our specific suggestions will essentially serve as a guide for the developers.

Having just read the dev response about potentially adding a root to vengeance ravage, I feel like we might as well ask for a 10 second undying rage....lol. All joking aside, I am very happy to see that the developers want to redesign Enraged Defense. The class needed a more relevant defensive cooldown imo. In regards to our own questions, I feel like we can afford to go a little more in depth about specifics. I will add some minor details to the annihilation question (i.e. more community suggestions for changes...healing debuff with bleeds, etc). On a side note: RIP concealment operatives, that 4k hidden strike is too STRONG.
