Imo its pretty stupid that every single person should have to be in full BiS gear in order for the game to be balanced

It will pick up later, you don't really have many of your abilities at the moment, you can't expect a rotation yet when 80% of your abilities/talents aren't even available yet

Zybaks video really got me thinking about this game, I like it a lot but he brings up a lot of good points, Just don't know if its worth continuing to play
