If you want to run your maintenance, I get that. It is necessary. But you need to stay within your time parameter, especially considering that the bulk of your players pay just to be able to play. This taking over an hour longer than your estimated time for maintenance is ridiculous. Some of us only have certain times we can play. This is unacceptable for a paid service.
