can someone give me a link to post a gripe or complaint to the development and/or marketing team before I go unsubscribe? I can't seem to get to a point where I can request assistance.

Since, as of today, still no fix for this issue and I can't put in a ticket for help anymore, I guess SWTOR and EA will be losing a subscriber. I will not continue to pay for a game that I cannot play with an up to date computer and the listed garbage repair process is wholly inadequate and ineffective.

I have no anti-virus issues, I have updated directx and have verified that I am not running in compatibility mode. I have been a subscriber a very long time and after a gigantic update that kept me from playing, I now find out I can't play...This is disheartening. Also, I can't get to the point where I can put in a ticket.

So, returning player here. I am seeing on fleet and elsewhere that players will be wearing an armor and when you inspect the player to see what it is it is not the same as the visual appearance...can someone explain this for me?

You are, of course, aware you can just pull the mods armor etc from the new gear and put it in your gear and still get the bonuses? It is expensive but can be done. I do this with my pvp and campagn gear.

Ok, not that new but have a question, somehow I have never figured this out: How, exactly, does one acquire level 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 mod/hilt/barrel (etc... you get the point) schematics? Is there a source for these things, other than buying one at EXTREME expense and RE? Do some of these post-50 schematics drop? Can they be bought? As I said, I guess I should probably have picked this info up somewhere but I haven't. Thanks in advance....don't hurt me.

I think they are ground up and pushed through a press to make nasty crystals. I wish I had one of these.
