  1. I find it rather amusing that your disdain for a LFD system comes from a desire to socialize. Your opening remarks on your previous message don't paint you as the "socializing" type. It is convenient and may be used by many, but it will not make it the ONLY way to group for a dungeon. The great majority of people socialize in their guilds... Right? Nothing stops you from asking guild mates to run FP's with you and use LFD for quick sessions where minimal "social" interaction would be ok.
  2. Thank God you don't have any preconceived notions of the work/play habits of people who like an automated LFG system. Its always good to see open minded people who don't call others names just because they disagree with them. Anyways... I like the LFG system. It jut simplifies the process, and best of all is that it's an optional system. No one forces anyone to group exclusively that way. Letting people enjoy the game, ALL aspects of the game, at their own pace or their own way may offend you, but I have a feeling BW would agree with me that more people would like it over hating it.
  3. Wonder why people have to bash other games to justify their purchase. Anyways, this game will mature and add things like LFG system which should alleviate some issues.
  4. I run TOR on an iMac (2010 model) with all settings on high an it plays excellently. The whole thing about them "not being good for games" is nonsense. That being said, I do have to play it in Bootcamp which is -as the OP says- a pain. For now that's the only way. BioWare said in an interview with Massively (google it) that they ARE going to work (or are quietly working) on a OS X port. In fact the engine in which TOR was made is being ported as a whole, making it possible for expansions to be released at the same time (in theory).
  5. He (the OP) is clearly confused and all, but do you have to sound like a ***** about it? The internet really turns nerds into wannabe bullies...
