happening with my level 7 jedi are all powers showing red for you too?

my jedi is now level 7. keeps showing i have no focus. what do i do? i died a few times on the mission dark temptataions. could that be the problem? then i went to the jedi temple tried one of the training robot sims and died. could only use force leap then all of powers were not coming up. repaired all weapons and gear still nothing.

can i customize my characters face after creation. i dont like the face number i choose and i am too pale.

anyone else have a file called HeroBlade Logs in their my documents? just wondering if its from the game or some virus i picked up?
