Not correct, Steve. If you look at the official posts for events, both the Pirate event and the Swoop event are listed as open for characters over level 20 (https://www.swtor.com/info/in-game-events). THE ALL WORLDS ULTIMATE SWOOP RALLY MARCH 22ND - 29TH, 2022 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 12:00PM GMT) LEVEL: Level 20+ In 6.0 I did the events numerous times on characters under level 70, and was always sync'd up appropriately. In addition, I often used the daily quests on Dantooine as a distraction from the level grind on lower level characters. I was always sync'd to 70. For events that have been long advertised and worked properly for lower level characters in 6.0, this is an unwelcome change, especially since events often provide a fun distraction from the normal leveling process. If this is an intentional change, it would be nice for the developers to acknowledge this and at least give the community a reason why lower level characters are now effectively blocked from 2 events (completely blocked from the Pirate event as you can't complete any quests against level 70 enemies, and blocked on 2 planets of the Swoop event).

I saw someone report this back for the Pirate Event a few weeks ago, and I'll point out that this is still broken. If you are under level 70, you are NOT sync'd to 70 on Dantooine. Took my level 57 Sith Warrior to do the Swoop Event and found that I was still level 57 while the Kath Hound Pup that tried to murder me was level 70. No scaling to match the content. Took a screenshot. Previously, I had a Trooper I was leveling. Went to Dantooine for the Pirate Incursion at level 30 after getting the quest from Fleet. Couldn't participate with that character due to the fact that level sync wasn't working then. At that time, I had made an in-game bug report. Highly irritating that level scaling on Dantooine has not worked since 7.0 launched, so going there for events or the daily quests is impossible for lower level characters. I'll also point out that both the Swoop and Pirate events are listed on the official pages as open to lower level characters, so what's being publically advertised isn't matching what's being delivered in game. Please at least add this to the "known bugs" list and acknowledge the problem. FYI, Dantooine does scale you down to 70 if you're 71-80. So the bug is that level scaling for those under level 70 isn't active.
