on which difficulty setting? did you calculate dps numbers? if so what are they, and what is your class and gear level?

Powertech was something I read. The 2700 was testing by a sage who is a close personal friend in columni/rakata gear on a 150k+ world boss. This is the purpose of this thread though, to create facts and end misconceptions.

The purpose of this thread is to compare tested dps of classes, their mirrors, specs, gear levels, and max output. As a GM of a raiding guild I'm often asked how the classes compare in terms of raw sustained dps. The best ways to test this are in EV council, or damaging a world boss, with the aid of a couple tanks chain taunting it for sins/shadows. Numbers I have heard - (tested in EV council or on 100k + hp world bosses) Pyro Specced Powertech 3k dps sustained Hybrid cookie cutter sage - 2700 dps sustained. Shadow - 1900 sustained (this was my personal experience in a backstab build without being able to backstab as the mob was untanked. (these tests were done from characters in t2+ gear.) Normal mode Annihilation Droid in EV requires 2518 raid dps to defeat before enrage, but consider the lost dps from knockbacks, losing, stacking, scattering would double or triple that as a function of max raid dps. meaning 5 dps would each need to be around 1.3k per person sustained in optimal conditions to defeat it on normal. If anyone can post their personal tests for their class, spec, and gear level, what it was tested on, number of tests, average, variance, tests with and without stim/adrenal/relic that would be awesome. Let's really see what we all can do. The more results we have the best averages we can get.
