  1. Bane, no brainer, cause he's the only out of the 4 combatants that was always part of the dark side, all those others dabbled in the light, they would stand no chance against the true embodiment of the sith!
  2. If you have to restore your computer for any reason: blue screen, virus, bad download, etc. be warned that if you miss two or more patches dating back to whenever you restore, you will have to reinstall swtor. As this was resolved by myself and not a customer service rep, if you have had this issue and have quicker resolutions feel free to add, just throwing this in for people that might have had this issue to remember for the future if it occurs to you. :-) Have a great day.
  3. A large mass of players are feeling "gimped/nerfed" when 1.2 came out when it came to pvp, recruit gear disappointments, commendation reward (major) setback (mostly fixed with 4/20's patch), ect. Now a lot of people are feeling crafting is a waste of time if they're a "hardcore" pvper. I had a thought that would love not only player feedback but hopefully developer feedback as well. The whole concept of the mod-able gear, to my understanding, was that you could look how you wanted with the stats you could muster into said gear. Unfortunately that is not possible when it comes to modding it with pvp enhancements, unless you feel like spending a minimum of 13k per mod. My proposition is this, if you can craft pve things with crew skills, why not be able to craft pvp as well. Now we can make the gear for battlemaster, and war hero, but they're just shells that somehow have to be filled, players should be capable of filling those slots with crew skills as well imo. Currently the only creatable item that is capable of making expertise anything is through augmenting, why not broaden this by making players able to make all modification slots fallible with crew skills. Once again feedback on this would be greatly appreciated (positive or negative, but valid).

  5. Would really appreciate some feedback on this thought...

  7. ok breaking down the first door, 1 point, bring out the bridge two points, blow the second door 3 points, both teams got the bridge out which means the match ended 2, to 2, dont know where in your mind that isn't a tie, but IT IS, DEAL WITH IT.
  8. Forgot to mention something crucial, you want more pve stuff right, you wanna lvl to 55, 60 maybe even 70 right, well here's a little food for thought. World of Warcraft came out in November of 2004, it took TWO YEARS, wait for it, I'm gonna say it again in caps TWO YEARS for them to bring out Burning Crusade, so how about you back off Bioware and give them time to think up an expansion, let alone bring it out. Think about that!
  9. You are contradicting yourself constantly as you post. That's for starters OP. Your "concept" of wz pvp is absurd, if you run around and cast "till it times out" then you don't know how to play. Pvp whether it's open world or wz, is strategic, thought out, and carefully planned. Titles are easter eggs that ppl just grab for fun, so why even whine about that. You blow up the concept of open world pvp WAY out of proportion for this game, cause it isn't 50 vs. 50, and if it was it'd be the same playstyle as a wz so you're FAIL on that concept. How does open world pvp kills make me feel any better then a wz kill, it's a kill doesn't matter a kill is a kill nothing more then that. If you fall asleep going "Man I really beat up that jedi." instead of "Man I won 5 wz's today and prolly killed like 90 ppl." What sounds more like an accomplishment to you? (Knowing this ignorant guy he'll "say" the one is more important LOL) "Poorly designed shooter" *** IS THAT?! Half the classes don't even use a gun, do you think when you type or do you argue just for the sake of arguing? "If you remove wz from the game" You think removing a major part of the game concept that they spent years on isn't going to affect the population ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! Oh and pve and pvp servers do matter on the skill of players in and out of warzones, because pvp servers generally have higher quality pvper's cause they dedicate themselves to that (no offense pve server ppl). "Weekend warriors" prolly take up 40% of swtors community, idk bout you but when i work ten hr shifts five days a week busting my ***** on my days off I think I would like to enjoy my time playing a game I like whether it be pvp, OR pve. (Sorry that some of us have a life and/or a job) "Real gamers focus on things that matter" yeah that's why ppl are prestige 30 on C.O.D lose all equipment just to start all over again, cause upping that prestige MATTERS lol.... right. Let's see what else do we have here. Part timers leave... hmmm... part timers stay longer then you no life, or job "real gamers" cause they get to enjoy the game for everything it's worth over years... where sadly, you are out of materials already, hence the QQing. You cannot put words in other ppl mouths "true gamers" this and "real gamers" that, talk for yourself and let others either agree with you, or bash you like the other 80% of the ppl that posted on this thread, cause you are just downright wrong on so many levels. WTH is the "right way to pvp" according to you... Faceroll on your keyboard...? Last I checked you used your abilities to defeat your opponent/ or to complete objectives... or is that not the "right way to pvp" In closing, your signature is actually a threatening statement, and therefore is reportable so you might wanna fix that you hypocrite. Have a great day.
  10. When a player spends a large portion of their time on one server, but then finds a friend is on another server, he is forced to make large decisions. Leaving his characters behind, all credits saved/earned, losing countless hours of legacy grinding, ect. I think this transition could be made a little easier if the legacy system would be account wide. I left a lvl 18 legacy behind cause I wanted to be on a higher population server... and honestly the only regret I have is that I lost that legacy experience. And here we are, please make this change for there is not one reason why it wouldn't benefit the entire star wars community.
  11. I don't mean to be rude, but it's a game, its one day a week, step outside and do something, just got home from work, take a nap, have kids, take them to the park, married, take em out to dinner, if you need someone else to tell you what to do with your life for 8 hours you really should start to make some huge life choices, it's a game, not a life style. Oh and when wow had big patches in vanilla and bc, they would take the servers down for 10 to 14 hours, realize there is a huge bug, take the servers down without warning whatsoever and they'd be out for 6-10 hours later so if you're going to complain talk to a wall... you might be happier with no response then getting bashed.
  12. My bounty hunter is a healer and, I have 0 interrupt abilities, before ppl say I have stun and knockback, stun 1 min cd, knockback requires you to be in melee range, why would a healer be in melee range. Took me three minutes to kill a healing npc with a silver border around it's portrait. That to me seems a little ridiculous, so I therefore request an interrupt ability seeing as how ranged only has one way to stop channeled abilities. Please address and respond in a HUMAN fashion not an annoying robot bs... hint hint I don't play rp servers so I prefer my cust service the same way.
  13. For those that don't know, ppl saying "bye" is a polite way of saying, "shut up, no one cares, and you're wasting our time by speaking, so go already" this is impled every time someone says "bye" so if you want us to start saying that, np... I think you might have a bigger issue of ppl getting banned then which is another cut off reason that you lose ppl... once again pointing to how pointless this thread is
  14. This is a pointless thread and shouldn't have even been created. Did you see one of the main msgs on the site, "over 60 MILLION PLAYERS" You telling me that 60 MILLION ppl are gonna QQ and leave causing this game to shut down... please stop wasting everyone's time and quit while you're behind.
  15. Well i can answer one of those right now, will smuggler gear drop if a smuggler is not in the grp, YES, drops are based on a %, if there isn't on in your grp its not bioware's fault that you didnt pick one up.
  16. If you play at different times you get different ppl, which changes the game completely playing constantly from 4-6 pm etz (for example) will for the most part get ppl that play at that time, trying at 8-10 am might cause a better return... as for personal experience if you're with the republic play around 7 pm etz (republic is full of kids, sith adults) kids have no lives and therefore lvl faster which will in turn get you high lvl ppl with your grp. If you're in a grp with mostly 20's expect to lose, 40's expect to win easily. In short skip pvp and lvl and you could be unstoppable... im lvl 44 and I rarely die unless my team is mostly lvl 20 or lower, then stuff happens.
  17. I skip the heroics cause... well I dont like being around ppl and also only 4 ppl ever online on voss and planet before never more then 11 so not much of a choice, I am roughly 2 mayyybe 3 lvls below when I reach a new planet but either I'm skilled enough to handle quests and lvl up the lost lvls or you aren't playing your class right... never know. Voss has been very nice to me though and has helped me catch up almost to par so far.
  18. sparkykey

    PvP brackets...

First of all complaining that you arent doing as much dps is wrong cause they scale up your dmg, second of all it's not the higher lvls fault that they went out and lvled, gained their new abilities and want to pvp, if you're gonna whine, go lvl some and then pvp and odds are you will rant and rave bout how you "pwned" go earn your lvls instead of letting ppl carry you through pvp.
