As in title: what is the most gear dependant class?

Is this a huge issue? When I do PvP or PvE a lot of my attacks are dodged or reflected. Is there a stat that prevents this? Or is it just better to take a Merc for ranged dps?

When I use Crouch and immediately use Snipe it does cast Snipe but it doesn't shoot snipe. Ending up wasting 1.5 seconds. It this a known bug? Also I got the feeling that Crouch is faster than taking cover. Is this correct? Thanks!

I plan to start over and did some research and I am interested in the Juggernaut class Rage spec and Pyro spec for Powertechs in PvP. Can anyone help me out? Is one of them better in PvP then the other? What's the difference between the 2? Thanks!

Whats better to take for PvP?

You put 3 points into Hot Iron. Isn't it better to put 3 points into Initimidation since that increases damage of ALL fire effects by 6%?

Does that mean Railshot vents 8 heat instead of cost 16 on fire? Or does it just vent 8 heat thus railshot costs 8 heat less then normal if on fire?

Hi! Got a few questions about companions. 1. Some equip show Require Mako is that equipment only for Mako? 2. Can they equip normal armor too (such as medium armor on Mako)? 3. When I hold my mouse over a new item to check if it is better than what is currently equiped on my companion I always see whats the increase of decrease of stats on myself not my companion. Can I fix this? To check it for my companion? Thanks!
