Oh so this is just a big ego boost thing because you involve yourself more into a game then in real life. Not many people "look up" to these "hardcore gamers" and try to emulate them as your ego thinks.

Oh no an MMO where the evil side is more popular than the good. Stop the presses!!!! This will always happen in any MMO with factions. GW got the faction thing right where neither is good or evil. To the point of quitting if you do not enjoy the game and you are paying your own sub quit. Quitting really is not a big of a deal as everyone of the quitting post make it out to be.

You can still live the game you want just do not pay attention to the light side/dark side thing and choose what you feel is right. I was trying for a pure light Jedi but I did not agree with some of the light choices so I choose what I felt was right even tho it was dark side.

Funny I bought it and no regrets. It is not a pay to win type of thing. Even in that other game I am sure you play and worship the ground it spits on, when you get a cool mount through CCG or whatever you need the skill. 4k saved is 4k saved and my holo dance entertains me during rest.

Hey all I have decided after doing 4 classes to go IA sniper. Heared good dps, good story, and not many of em. So my q is what is a good solo/some grouping lvling spec and what companion should I use?

1. How much freedom/do you get penalized for making choices you feel is right. Like one choice shows it as bad but to me it was the right one to do even tho I want to be a pure good Jedi. 2. Romances are like other BW games or different? 3. To any range Jedi Counsler is it good? 4. I really like smuggler but afraid they gonna be over populated can anyone on a heavy pop server tell me how it is? Thank you guys for help.

I remember the days before DBM. Man was BWL and MC hard then. Had to pay attention, well to a point cause with 40 people many slacked off. Then DPS meters got released and 300 was OMG *** awesome. Tho I never saw them linked in pugs ever, then towards the end of BC they started nerfing things down, and then dps meter where linked all the time in pugs...then WOTLK and GS. Then dual specs and "I need for off spec" and it just got worse. Server LFG is ok, really I never enjoyed the spam. Cross Server absolutely not. That was the start of troubles. Keep in mind many people who complain started WOW at end of BC/ start of WOTLK when these things where already made. Those that complain will do what they always do. QQ till the game because another WOW then say "zomg this is just like wow I am leaving(it is what they did to Rift)" or maybe BW will stick to it guns and not copy WOW, but GW2 may be our only hope. Dual spec I am still meh about, but if they ever did it people would want tri spec, quad spec, super ultra mega spec. BW is trying to keep the RPG in MMORPG. When they start releasing advance class respec, faction change, race change that is the day I will walk away.

Actually it is because YOU made the choice to rush to max lvl. Others did not and are enjoying the story/making alts/what ever else.

and if this was a typical run of the mill MMORPG I would agree with you, however it is not. It is very much more of a single player online game than an MMORPG. It has been a known fact they focus on the story heavy so it is not just rush to lvl cap then have fun like every other MMO.
