wish i could my server sucks and can barely get in any warzones due to the lack of lvl 50s, the items i got where from bags i saved up for at lower lvls.

I have been waiting almost a week for a ticket I put in about accidentally buying the wrong pvp weapon from the venders. I know there a probably tons of tickets to sort through but is there an eta on how long item restorations will take? I'm not sure if you have been thinking about this or not but might I suggest a buyback feature that would solve a lot of problems people are having and that would mean less tickets in the future, as they are now the pvp item list is confusing and hard to look at so a buyback feature would work wonders.
