I downloaded the game today through Steam and had the same problem. It did not start. Then I validated the files and that did the trick for me.

I have the same problem with my Imperial Agent. I have reset the mission but now I can't start the mission again.

Oh. It worked for me when I had this problem. I have an Android though. You click the 3 dots in the upper-right corner. Then Settings.

Yeah, I was thinking there were a problem with the "new" companions. I made a ingame report about it. I know that Fideltin Rusk still works though.

I got him back. So now I'm trying to do the achievment "Private Practice". Kill 1000 enemys with Doc. But my kills doesn't count towards the achievment. Bug? Only me?

Thanks! I restored the file and made it an exception. It works fine now.
