  1. I could quite happily live with that, or for say RP server, leave it as it is, or make the servers in groups of similar ones, RP's together, PvP and PvE servers in seperate groups etc. Plenty of options, but as it is at the moment, it's horrible.
  2. I agree with that, however, what you're saying is i can never be anything but a casual player because i have work as well to pay my star wars supscription eg.? Line has to be drawn, but it should be a fair fight What i meant is, it's reasonably unfair when you up against the same 4-man pre-made for say 4 hours
  3. Dear Bioware and appropriate dev. Team: Please consider implementing a cross-realm based PvP finder, as the chances of completing dailies/weeklies is slim to none for most working people, including school/college etc. People with nothing else to do for the majority of a day are sitting around in full battlemasters etc. and for the rest, like myself, i have a 33% chance to actually win a battleground due to only recently having levelled to 50, or practically a 1-in-5 win ratio, where i by the way, don't get credit for the one win, due the bug of not registering the actual win. At least with a cross-real pvp finder, you won't get so demoralized over loosing repeatedly to the same team time and time again, if you lose to several strong groups, so be it, at least you know you have a chance of not just running in to the same 4-man pre-made continiously. I know this has been posted previously, or at least something similar, but i have a faint hope if more threads of similar sorts appear, perhaps Bioware will read them, and possibly listen. Have fun playing everyone , back to PvP!
  4. Although i agree, we do need some sort of flexibility when it comes to outfits, as a major part in MMO's has and will always be to look different than "that other guy" I will have to admit, i hope this isn't on BW's top priority list just yet. I'm sure it will come though, but for the time being , there's several other things more important, and currently being worked on
  5. As a matter of fact, you CAN enter other players starships. And let them fly you around too. Just tick allow access to same class quests in the settings.
  6. You can obtain mercenary commendations from PVp vendors in exchange for war zone ones. Those and war zone commendations are used to obtain the champion loot bags for those tokens. Cost is 200war 200merc. Hope this helps a little
  7. Join the club , wish my work would allow time for games. But I guess the forum will have to do
  8. Definitely agree here, if the actualy PvE ( no , I didn't mean PVP) content gets sorted out then I see a lot of subscribers for swtor who'd be in for the long haul. Myself included. The amount of people who can't handle the 0.1~0.7 character response time delay (no not fps or isp lag) can for all I care quit. It's the people who are willing to stick around 3~6 months and let bugs get fixed along with with new content released who will keep the game alive. Thumbs up to you
  9. I completely agree. Swtor is made to be enjoyed, not rushed
  10. Indeed I hope you had a chance to read my post on one of the first pages
  11. Disregarding all other comments for a little while: I agree with OP in certain areas, the current generation ARE as a matter of fact the "i want it all now" generation. I played WoW myself, and yes, azeroth is a seriously competitive place to be, if you haven't got the latest w/e gear and achivements, you can't come with others, if you haven't completed a raid you can't even go on one, i mean, Really?! SWTOR is brand new, having seen WoW, Rift, STO, FFXI, FFXIV , Conan, DoAC on release too, i can honestly say SWTOR is doing a good job so far, but there's no "pling" when you kill that annoying boss, no fancy shiny weapons or armor in the best graphics that the 7 year old game engine can display in toony graphics, it's all new, everyone is on equal ground, there's only one operation for lv50's so far, and BioWare HAS informed us they are working on more... But to what avail? Most(no offense to anyone) want this game to be like what they know rather than a new experience. it's hard to give up 7 years of your life for something new, it really is, SWTOR is NOT World of Warcraft, it's not a clone or psyched up similar game. it's a MMO, Sure there's no dungeon finder, so what? does it make a difference that you have to actually COMMUNICATE with someone in a MMO to get a group for something? get over it, try play FFXI where you can stand around asking for a group or be on LFP for hours on end. MMO games developed these days ADD to the existing ones, they don't create new things as such. and if they do, it's not untill after release. Take everything with a pinch of salt and let the game grow just like you did with whatever other games you've played since launch. Personally, i enjoy SWTOR , i'm not a massive SW fan, but i really like it, the community is amazing, except for the few /camp commenting people from Stormwind who couldn't get a group for something. i played WoW for a few years, and left, it's all about trying new things, otherwise you will get sucked in beyond relief. just my 2cents anyways, i didnt mean for the post to go on for so long, sorry to anyone for the headache XD May the god damn force be with you !
  12. Although it's done in a unfamiliar way, (IE posted via Reddit.com) this unfortunately has become a new trend with game developers, Aion & Rift and a few others saw this problem where information was posted via twitter as opposed to their own websites. That being said: We all wanted answers and for a lot of us, the character response time was a major issue which we now know they are actually looking into, i don't know about the rest of you, but to me personally, acutally getting a response in regards to it is a major upside. As he said, it's not easy, but they ARE looking into it. Not to mention that a few other concerns from players with a massive backing in the community is being looked into from the looks of it. SWTOR is a brand new game, and due to EA's pushing it out for christmas, BioWare at least deserves a few months to respond to us and work on bug fixes. Which they clearly are. Well done Bio-Ware, if not on the official forum, at least we got a reply.
