Guys really, it's been like this since the start of the game... It's a very powerful defensive tool as it last 8 sec and effects all of the classes. -

Instead of talking about the few negatives which are plaster all over this site, I would love to talk about the many positives this MMO offers and the amazing aspects of SWTOR that are being overlooked. For example "ARRRRRHHHH ARRH ARRH." , one of the best cries I have ever experienced, you can feel the pain through the screen.

I have not come into this forum, to ***** about class balancing or to complain about OP marauders and Jedi sentinels. What I want to say is, before 1.2.2 the cover mechanic as a gunslinger worked perfectly, now in every PVP match I'm unable to get into cover thus unable to use any of my DPS abilities. Any competent team of developers would have fixed this issue within hours after the patch launch, now I'll have to wait one week in order to use my class in PVP PVE. After watching the guild summit some months ago I really believed that these guys could pull it off. The guild wars 2 "BETA." Open my eyes big-time, after this week I have absolutely no faith in the ability of the PVP team or the developers in general. I just want to play my class.. That is all.

have any of you tried the new saboteur tree having a stun on a 18 seconds cooldown is really really really really really really really handy

the marauders are fine. All they need to do is remove some of their defensive cool downs. For example, the 3 min. cool down that increases their defense for 12 seconds

I wish people would stop complaining if we look up another one of those 15% DPS classes. For example, the gunslinger you soon find that this class has absolutely no defensive cooldown at all

the developers really need to change or remove white damage of the game, I'm getting sick and tired of using abilities that are dodged or deflected randomly. I don't know why all the defensive abilities in this game only mitigate white damage and do not affect yellow damage, for say 70% of the classes in this game they don't have to worry about their abilities missing or being dodged, but for the gunslinger it seems that every single time I use one of my main offensive abilities 30% of the time it inflicts no damage on the opponent.

Thought I would make a quick video of some gunslinger Voidstar gameplay. Its a single queue Wz showing some basic kitting and burst combos available to the slinger, I was focused quite a few times during this battle and achieve solo kills when the odds were not heavily against me. Depends on what class im fighting, (nutshot, shock) will not work this means I'm unable to use Leg Shot for 18secs. using Leg Shot instead of Shock, grants me an extra 5 secs to get away. I have tried the combo you stated, in theory it should work but in reality after you leave cover for the second kite phase you leave yourself open. + you are not taking into account their cc tools. -

(Sabotage charge and your nades, should be more in your rotation) Yeah i dont use nades much for single target, in part 2 I was able to use them more often. Also it depends on what def CDs they have up. Nades cost to much energy and will not down a target. Though if they have their white damage def cd up I will use nades yeah when kitting those two melee i should have used nut shot. I will have to upload a match when I'm being focused more heavily
