Hello, The concealment tree has a passive skill "Infiltrator" which says: "Increases movement speed by 5%/10%/15% and effective stealth level by 1/2/3." I'm confused about the second part: Does the detection level increase with this skill, and therefore stack with the Scouting talent, or does it only apply to movement speed? Thanks
