  1. This actually kinda works, thanks. This should make things easier to learn more about the MMO gaming experience.
  2. Amen, pointless to try and find help without a search function. Some have said it was taken offline and will be coming back soon. Don't know what SOON is, but that is what I have read.
  3. Yeah, don't want to just get done fast, but maximize the fun on the way. I've played RPG's before (the other two Star Wars, the two Mass Effects) but never played a MMO. This is new, that's what I need help with. Things like, how to get credits, what's the best thing to spend them on, things like that. Thanks for the reply's though that may save me some money.
  4. Anybody using any of the available guides, and is so what is the best. I see more than one out there. I'm new to this style of gaming and need help to better understand everything. I usually visit forums often and learn most things, but here the search is disabled making this pretty much a useless forum. Google search seems to refer to people selling a guide, so which is the best one? By the way I want a guide that doesn't teach hacks, I want to play legit, just learn to be better at it. Any help is very much appreciated.
  5. I play a lot of first person shooters and now just starting the MMO game, all on PC. I use a Cyber Snipa Game Pad V2 Wired Keyboard and a Razer Death Adder gaming mouse for everything. The pad might not have quite enough keys to bind, but I have had no problem getting it to fit any game I play. I like having the left hand resting on the game pad being able to reach all buttons (by memory after a short while) without moving my right hand position, and the right hand on the mouse. It doesn't take long and you can fight on the fly never taking your eyes off the monitor. If this helps...
  6. So the thought is at some point they will allow a character transfer to a different server, for a price? If so that seems reasonable. This is my first experience with MMO's, I had no idea the server was an issue. I usually play Battlefield 3 or games such as that, you jump around servers all the time. Now I'm playing all fat, dumb, and happy and learning more about it. I'm only at level 11 but still, I don't want to have to start over just to play the exact same missions with the exact same character. What if you get to level 70 and the server gets screwed up, all your time is wasted? Or I meet people were I live and work and discover they play, I can't join them. This is just all new to me; maybe I just don't get what the problem is and why you can't change. If someone doesn't mind spending a little time with a newbie, maybe you can explain it to me. I have read all the overviews it doesn't really seem to address it.
