HIB and FA are not tech accuracy abilities though right? And if I'm understanding the OP's question, since FA and HIB are so important, don't we need 108% on basic accuracy?

Thanks, its the enhancement slots that are missing on the belts and bracers, so 150 it is for me. As far as bolster goes, the stat i swapped out for expertise was accuracy. Accuracy doesn't bolster either and i don't really have a need yet for accuracy with my build. Will need to add some once I hit 50 but thats not a problem with 50 gear. I bolster on bolsterable (haha new word) stats exactly the same before and after expertise.

Just want to make sure. I got the enhancement off the 46 weapons which gave 25 expertise each and put them on level 45 gear. As far as I know, currently theres a max of 6 enhancement slots possible right? So max expertise at 45 is 150? Can someone confirm this?
