  1. Today, I requested tomorrow off so I could spend the whole day rolling Togruta. Literally an hour after that, the delay was announced. I'm glad they're taking the time to fix things before release, but I really wish there had been a little more warning, and some sort of ETA.
  2. It's been asked, but I wanted to put this out there again: Will there be another Twitch livestream of this event, like the one at SWCA?
  3. Yeah, I tabbed out of the game just to complain about this one. Yes, I do know which abilities I plan to use, and roughly when -- but I'm still generally used to keeping an eye on my hotbar to see which ones are ready and which are on CD/out of rage/etc. With this new set up, my abilities are almost always blacked out in combat, even when they're ready to go. It makes no sense, and it's super confusing. And it's just visually annoying, as I feel it's bright to the point of being distracting. But that's more of a personal preference than the other issues. I'm sure we'll get used to it eventually -- and will probably have to -- but I would definitely appreciate some way to turn it off or... something. (Preferably without taking the servers down for another 4 hour maintenance tonight just to fix that, lol. :/)
  4. I love you guys, and I love this game, so I don't mean for this to come across as another whiny "I'M QUITTING" post. However, I feel the way you folks handled the maintenance earlier this morning was disorganized at best. In the first place, a large number of people didn't even know there would be a maintenance this morning at all. That's because all of the notices across your website and the launcher still said it would be on January 31st. The only place where you guys very clearly said it had been changed to the 28th was on your Twitter. Not everyone checks that. Then, in the middle of maintenance, whoever is in charge of your forum and news posts kept trying to sneak edits in... but they didn't make sure to be consistent with it, leading to a whole lot of confusion among your player base. Notably, in this forum post: The first line says January 28th, while the title and several other mentions in the article still say January 31st. The first paragraph still says "until 6AM" and "no more than four hours", where later in the post it was edited to say "until 10AM" and "no more than eight hours". The post in your Community News section also lists January 31st in several places, but then says "in the early hours of the morning tomorrow" at the top. I'm not expecting any sort of response, and that's fine. And again, I don't mean for this to come across inflammatory -- I understand you guys need to do maintenance to keep the game running, and sometimes that requires emergency downtime for pressing issues. That's completely understandable, and we appreciate your hard work! However, in the future, I personally feel it might be best if you try and get your public relations team a bit more organized, so we don't see more contradictory posts like the above. It lead to a great deal of confusion this morning.
