  1. Pro tip. Play a better game than this mediocre pile of dog crap.
  2. It's a shame most of the people on this thread are.
  3. They would be insane to do so. Everyone here complaining for the most part bring up very valid points. If Bioware chooses to listen to then and respond with some sort of feedback, then I'd feel a bit less buyers remorse.
  4. Are your feelings hurt? . The game is broken. It's a turd, and no matter how much you polish it, it'll always be a turd.
  5. Don't mind this guy everyone, he's got nothing better to do than to pick on other people's posts. Contribute or get out kid.
  6. It'll be quite enjoyable when that happens. Maybe I'll get my money's worth after all.
  7. You mixed the two up. You also didn't narrow the quick google search to "initial development cost" for the particular games. Wow had $63 million dev cost according to http://digitalbattle.com/2006/06/15/world-of-warcraft-cost-63-million/.
  8. I felt exactly the same way. I enjoy PVE and PVP and think that both are a necessity for a successful MMO. Doing quests is very draining to the point where I zone out due to sheer boredom. Everything is very far away as well, but I'm used to long walks like I had to cope with back in FFXI.
  9. I don't quite get what you're going for. What about pandas?
  10. We're both in different situations then. . I'm glad you enjoy the game, but I personally can't deal with putting up with a few months of live bugs at the expense of my wallet. I may check the game out at a later date, but for now I have cancelled my subscription.
  11. How does he "lose"? WAR was a much more fun game than this single player version of WoW is.
  12. I don't expect for it to be done either. . My first post indicates that I don't do any endgame whatsoever. It should be done in the sense that it should feel a lot more polished than what it is. It needs an open world, not this narrow corridor stuff that we have going on now. That will most likely never change though, unless the level cap gets raised with new content throwing in some new planets.
  13. And making this personal is also a blatant indicator of how immature you are. If my expectation for this game upon release is to be enjoyable past a week of play time, is that too much to ask for? What exactly do you think I want out of a game exactly? I'm interested in hearing it, since you seem to know every aspect of a poster's life through a single post about a game possibly destined to fail in the future.
  14. For all of those who seem to be offended by this thread, keep at it. If my personal opinion offends you, you need some sort of help. I gave my two cents in and I'm keen to hear others. Remarks such as "go back to WoW kiddie" really shows how much of the community has their head in the sand. Wake up and man up people, let's have an actual discussion.
  15. I can understand that, but what was WoW's development cost as opposed to SWTOR's? Shouldn't there be a certain standard set in place as of present?
