    So the ability "Debilitate" is having some issues. The information mouse-over text is not showing an increase in effectiveness with each rank. Also, it is not displaying how long the target is stunned for. It still appears to react normally in combat. Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone found a fix for it?

    Are you able to reverse engineer blue items into purple items?
