ok cool, but is it viable at max level if I put all the best mods and enchantments in them?

This is what I'm hoping for. Kind of like Transmog in wow. A way to customize your guys look. I sure hope so because my lvl 40 gear is sweet looking. Not really a big fan of the lvl 50 stuff.

When you have Orange Color Gear that means you can Modify it. Can I keep a set like the lvl 40 pvp set and re mod it at 50 and be fine stat wise?
