The quote taken by itself would lead you to believe that but this quote was clarifying that an account with a lvl 50 only have to have an active subscription with game time left and not have to have an active re-occurring subscription set.

It was clarified that pre 1.2 gear had it's set bonus tied to the item shell and not the armor mod like the new 1.2 gear.

All of my abilities went right back to where they were before.

It is not that bad. Once I spent my skill point and got my spec back to as close as it was all my missing abilities appeared exactly where I had them on the quickbars. None of my key binds changed either.

So getting to 50 means you dont have a life? Really? Last time I checked I have a pretty active life and still managed to make it to 50 a couple months ago.

There is a blondish color option but it is not available to all race/class combos. I noticed this because I made a JK Mirialan and choose the blondish hair. I liked it so when making a smuggler Mirialan I wanted to use the same color. Nope not an option for the smuggler.

I have gotten this on occasion but when it happens it has always been an issue with my router or my computer loosing its wireless connection.

I am looking to re-roll as my server has a little population problem. From what I am reading in this thread, I am liking the sound of the Older Republic. Sounds like I am going to head over to Sith Wyrm.

I loved how they did player housing in EQ2. One of the coolest aspects of it (IMO) was allowing players to set up shop in their house. Go to the auction house, see an item listed, wander over to the player's house (if you decided you wanted to do that) and check out all the stuff they had. I would usually find other items they had for sale and just buy it right then and there.

I seriously love all those you linked. The first set reminds me of what you see during character creation for a JK. I have always wanted that set. As for the exalted, yeah it looks really good except for the price tag.

I also agree with this message. What is up with all the shoulder pads and pointy things protruding from gloves, boots? I won't get into helm designs as I rarely see good ones of those in any game. My main gripe is the armor designs are looking more and more like a high fantasy game then anything else. If I wanted to play high fantasy, I would be doing that.

Even though these are rehashes of current models, I am liking a lot of these because they are orange sets. As has been mentioned, with crit crafted orange getting aug slots, I hope these patterns will be available to crafters. Over all, I am very happy to see these especially after seeing the new teir sets for 1.2.

No I have not read the entire thread but I am still going to put my thoughts in. I like grouping in mmo's but not in SWTOR, it just is not fun for the most part. Yes doing HM FP on my 50 is fun but that is it. A guild mate and I have alts at the same level so we started to static together. It hit us both last night that grouping is not fun. The social aspect of it is but the game play is just too easy as a duo. We breeze through everything except the 4 man heroics. We can get to the final boss but that has always been too much for just the two of us. If we added two others to the static so we could complete 4 mans, the rest of the content would be an utter joke outside of 4 mans and HM FP. So for the most part, I really do not want to group in SWTOR as a lot of leveling content becomes way to easy.

I really hope they do not add this. Questing is so easy as it is, do we really need it easier?

I do have a shadow right that is only lvl 15. I am trying to like it but finding the combat a bit clunky. I know it is more than likely me and not the class so I haven't given up hope on it. Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far.

You know I totally forgot about using vent to keep in touch with my guild. Thanks Yeah leveling another sent would not be the greatest thing because I have already done the story but I am finding that is the same for any Republic toon I level since the class story is a small part of all the story I have to go through.

I am being dead serious here, I have tried a bunch of alts, even gotten a couple almost to 30 (Gunslinger and Vanguard) but it all comes back to the only class I really gel with is the sentinel. Having hit 50, there is only so much I can do because I don't PvP. Not ragging on PvP it is just not my thing. Yes, I do my dailies and hard modes with my guild on occasion but that does not give me a lot of play time. So what am I asking? For all the other sentinels out there which classes do you find as enjoyable and challenging to play? I know I could make a Marauder and explore that for the story but I like interacting with my guild so want to stay Republic. Still it is an option I am considering along with making another sentinel just so I can enjoy PvE.

Seeing as how I cannot answer for everyone that sub, I will answer for myself. What do I expect for my $15 a month? It is no different than when I spend $15 on any kind of entertainment, a fun time for a couple hours or so. In this respect, SWTOR has not failed me, once. Sure there are bugs and not every minute I play is fun but overall for $15 I get WAY MORE than a couple hours of good entertainment every month. As long as this trend continues for me, I will continue to re-sub.
