Then you might want to try being a Sith Inquisitor your first companion Khem Val hates it when you make lightside choices and on Taris theres an NPC you work with named Thana Vash (cant remember the name compeletly) who also disaproves of your lightside choices even if she always ends up is situations where you have to save her. I am shure that there are others but dont know enough of the SI to really list them out for you. Anyway I hope this suggestion helps you in any way.

That shouldnt be too hard I usually go with the choice that I would choose if it was me in that situation. Well except for the Sith characters they are supposed to be Dark so all my choices with them will be Darkside (depending on what the objective of the mission is anyway).

Well I know I plan to play as every character class with both genders and my main right now is a Jedi Knight and I am loving it so far havent run inot any bugs yet but then again like with FFXI when it first launched I expected there to be bugs that would take BioWare a while to fix I mean every MMO has had major bug problems at or soon after launch or even during testing. Besides this is the first MMO that has actually proven to be a challenge since FFXI was launched. I cant stand WoW cause that game has always been WAY to easy for me. The plus side is that TOR is a Star Wars game and all the ones I have played have been awesome! I plan to give this game a chance after the free month is up and like another person said I hope other will as well. Oh and to the person who started this thread WELCOME TO THE GAME! xD

You shure about that? because both Revan and Scourge knew that a Champion of the Jedi would be the one to kill the Sith Emperor, however they didnt know how far into the future that it will happen. And I do know that at some point you do get Scourge as a companion for the Jedi Knight and hes the one who tells you that your destined to kill the Emperor sry if I spoiled it for anyone. I guess I will find out if your right when I finally play as a Sith Warrior after I am done with my first Jedi Knight run through.

Oh I am shure they are going to fix it just not for a while yet. I mean people who are just creating Jedi Knights are not having any trouble with the bug that the players who had early access are having but then again my JK is female and not lvl 20 yet so all I can do is wait and see what happens

The actual graphics card you have is fine its probably the processor thats giving you trouble But just so you know I am not an expert on this but as long as the video/graphics card for ATI Radeon is X1800 or higher it should work fine.

I would have to say that you are dead wrong. First off the seps on Ord Mantell were the ones who started the fighting. Also the reason many systems left the Republic was because they felt that the Republic siging the Treaty of Coruscant was foolish since it was forced on the Republic by the Sith sacking of Coruscant in the first place. Besides look at the movies The Seps in the Clone Wars started that war by building an army and planing on threatening the Republic with it. And finally last time I checked the Republic has an ELECTED governing body unlike the Sith Empire or the Galactic Empire over 3000 yrs later which were ruled by 1 person who had no intention of relinquishing their power once they had it now that suits the dictionary term of dictator last time I checked.

Lets not forget that because TOR is a Star Wars game there are many players who have never even played an MMO of any kind before TOR. All because you see someone playing the game who is bad at doesnt mean that they are bad just because they are. I have run into many first time MMO players in TOR and they are bad only because this is their first time playing MMO's. So the next time you see a player who is bad it might be a good idea to keep your mouth shut because we are going to run into people like that no matter what thats just how the world is. Also if you bash a player for being bad and its their first time ever playing an MMO you might drive them away from a game they might actually enjoy as they get better at it. Also I am speaking as a person who has been in that position many times and been driven away from games because of it. So as I said earlier it might be a good idea to not say anything unless you know for a fact that a player is just plain bad because they are and not bad because its their first time with an MMO.

Same here I am playing as a female Jedi Knight (still low lvl mind you) but have ran across quite a few flirting/romance oportunities since leaving Tython I just havent explored them yet and I know that BioWare does have romancable characters for both the male and Female versions of each class you just have to be willing to look hard enough for them. Personally I dont mind I am going to play as every class as both genders simply to see the diffences there are in the game.

Depending on what your charcter build is you can help her lvl up while grouped so she can catch up to you. Also do you play solo more often than she does? if so that could be part of it right there. An idea would be take her to an area thats 2-3 lvls higher than her current lvl that should let her lvl fairly quickly as long as your there to help her if she gets in over her head thats mainly what your role should be right now and as the other person said when a quest or enemy title is grey that means you wont get as much xp as your girlfriend would from the kill.

HK-47 is in the game if you do the Eternity Vualt from the side of the Empire then you have to fight HK-47 in order to reach Revan as to doing it on the Republic side I dont know. Also if you dontdo the flash points do you still get Scourge? and if so on what planet do you get him?

I agree with this comment. If someone feels they are bored with the game after only 2 weeks of play then obviously this game is not for them. Seriously dont use a thread just to rant 1: its rude and 2: those of us who are actually enjoying the game dont really care in the end.

Sometimes even Jedi Knight skills dont go off when I first tell them to but luckly that hasnt happened very often the only skill that ive sometimes have had trouble with is Master Strike sometimes it works without a hitch sometimes it wont even go at all. Otherwise ive had no problems yet.

I have a female Jedi Knight and have just started using Kira as my companion since shes the only 1 you can use when you take down your first Sith. Coruscant is where I am right now so I havent had problems with her yet. I will roll a male Jedi Knight after this one and try to romance her with him. By the way on Youtube someone posted a video of all of the romance conversations you have with her and this person had no problems at all and didnt encounter the bug. I have a friend who has a male JK and plans to romance her and he does know about the bug and hes the same lvl as me which is lvl 11-13. Anyone know if the bug will affect people with Jedi Knights at low lvls which both my friend and I happen to be right now?

You might want to remember that ALL MMO's when they launch will have bugs in them even ones that where in the beta test version of the game. Sometimes it just takes awhile for the publisher to find out what the problem is and fix it. All we can do is give them the time they need to fix the problem.

Thats why I my first characters are female except fo the male SI,Trooper,SW, or JK all the male body types look bad unless you just stick with the basic body type and only work on the features for the face and head.

My parents saw Ep VI when it released in Jan of 1983 I was born less than a month before which is kind of ironic since I saw Star Wars for the very first time on my birthday in 1986 I was 4 years old and have loved the franchise ever since. Yeah I will admit I am almost 30 but then again theres still a little of the kid we used to be in all of us no matter how old we get.
