Same here on Progenitor. No reply from Customer 'Support' at all.

This reflects My experience exactly. Customer Support is non-existent. In My case I had to reinstall the game as they'd broken Hoth on an update and My Vanguard Trooper has reported versioning errors ever since and will not load.
