  1. I just hope the game doesn't go F2P in 6 months like DC Universe Online did. I refuse to play a f2p pay-to-win game again. I was too afraid to get into Rift because of how low the population is, and didn't think this game would be losing so many people because it's "Star Wars," but the game isn't fun for very long.
  2. I bought SWTOR the day it came out and didn't mind spending $65 on because I knew it would be a fun new game. Lots of people make different complaints about the game but so far I haven't found anything I don't like. My free month ends in a week yet so far I have only put 3 days into SWTOR (1 day play time) because it's too hard to quit WoW when you already have established 5 level 85s, maxed out most professions and have everything you need. It's hard to get myself motivated to start a new MMO from the beginning knowing that it'll take hundreds of hours to get everything I would want in the game. I'm making this thread because I want to know if anyone else is having a hard time enjoying SWTOR not because "the game sucks," but because you're happy with what you have on WoW and don't want to give it up to spend your time on a new game. Any time I log into SWTOR it feels fresh and fun yet I still feel like I'm forcing myself to play so I log off and back into Warcraft. What sucks for me is, if I don't break out of this funk by next week I'm going to cancel my membership before getting billed for next month and likely will never be back. I've had SWTOR for 3 weeks now and have only gotten myself to level 16...I'm probably missing out on so much fun.
  3. I didn't see a Justin bieber haircut...please post a screenshot of it because I can't find it.
  4. I need to ask this because I don't believe it's working right for me. First I load up Nvidia control Panel Then I "manage 3d settings" and go to "program settings" because I want to change the graphic options for this one game. Where it says "select a programs to customize," Star Wars is NOT listed. So apparently the game isn't found on my computer...Neither is WoW or any of my Steam games, ect. If I click "Add" and go to program files>EA>SWTOR I see something called Launcher.exe with the Star Wars icon. This is what I've used to change the graphics options on but I know it's not really working. How exactly do people edit SWTORs graphics in the Nvidia control? Every Youtube video doesn't explain how to select your game.

  6. Cpu, ram, and graphics card aren't even being fully utilized. How can I check to make sure something in my BIOS or other options isn't holding my hardware back? When I run furmark my GPU goes close to 100% and the fans get louder. But when I play games my computer fans are at normal speeds, and task manager shows my computer isn't stressed at all. YET I still get horrible FPS. Something is wrong otherwise my computer would be working harder to provide me with high FPS
  7. While questing with everything set on highest, I get 40-60fps (vsync on) It's smooth unless there's a bunch of players around me I started doing some PvP warzones but in every game I have gotten 18fps. What the hell is wrong? I tried setting everything to lowest possible settings and still got 18-30fps making me really mad If you have the same graphics card, I'd like to know what kind of performance you're getting. Any tweaks or info is appreciated also. My basic specs are: GTX460 1gb SC edition, AMD quad core 3ghz, 4gb DDR3 1333, 1920x1080 I can run Skyrim on max without lagging at all. Something about MMORPGs gives me unnecessary lag. All my settings in Nvidia control panel are set to default.
