I am hoping just to play again. I will not renew my sub until this is fixed.

I still can’t play since the last patch so I am here waiting for that I guess.

This feels like us feeling them the house is on fire and they are asking us to check if the curtains are straight. Everyone in here had the ability to play just fine but when they drop the patch we don’t. But they ignore that. They ignore that we can play on a new free account on the very same computer that they say is the issue. If this is not fixed soon or at the very least admitting that the issue is on their end I will be done. Sad I have been here since 2011

I have done the same with no results. I just want someone high up to say you are right it is broke and we are working on it. Do not avoid or ignore the obvious.

I really do not think anyone is listening to this form. They swear it is an issue on our end. We clearly all have the exact same issue, this is not a one off. We can log into the game if we create a FTP account but a sub account will not allow us in. I would imagine if they rolled the patch back we would magically be allowed in. Frustrated

We all can agree that it is 100% Sub accounts. However when FTP or pref accounts are used all is good. I hope all the subs are compensated for not being able to play.

I’m was able to get to the sever selection screen when the servers were down and as soon as they brought them up back to the pile I go

This is an account issue. I know this 100% as I can log into my wifes pref account on the exact same PC and when I try to log inot my account which is a sub and has been since Dec of 2011 The game freezes. I have done everything and to all out thier save the time and effort and wait for the fix. Again this is an account issue. I have been stating this and I hope this helps people. The devs are aware of this. Thank you
