  1. It'd be nice if they responded in some manner, even if they can't fix it. I'm not asking for the impossible, just the usual level of customer service.
  2. Are there actually customer service reps, or am I wasting my time submitting a ticket? I've had an open ticket on a game breaking issue for over a week. That seems excessive. Yes, I have looked up work-arounds, no none of them have solved the problem.
