  1. Likewise... He's a big sweetie, just wish I got to know HIM instead of the Mandalorian culture better... We need more Torian... and a Companion quest with him would be AWESOME!!!! XD
  2. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?!?!?! I would TOTALLY DO THAT TOOO!!!! Skadge, so far as I have met him, comes off very thick headed....so umm... Yea, would NOT do that... I think he may have a little space aids too. If they added more content onto the existing companions, I think that would already be an improvement!
  3. I have to say, I started this game mostly because my boyfriend has been waiting for it for almost 6 years, and once he let me try Mass Effect, I was kind of really hooked on the way Bioware makes their RPGs. However, once I started playing my female Bounty Hunter, I was struck by my complete LACK of options in the romance department, and even felt a tad bit jealous of the other classes where you have A) more interactive romances and B) an actual selection in your lover. Allow me to explain, because I am HOPING someone working for the company(Bioware or EA) take a look at this and perhaps consider it for the next patch. P.S. I will be using the Empire classes as examples simply because they are the ones I have played, so please don't be too disappointed if I leave out the details for the Republic side of the story, not intentional. So yes, my biggest issue is that as a Bounty Hunter, male or female, you have NO CHOICE regarding your love interest. You are presented with Mako or Torian. I won't touch base on their respective characteristics and how well they fit in with the actual storyline, that is not the purpose of this post. But yes, regardless of your sex, you have a single option. If you are lucky enough to make a male Bounty Hunter, your romance is actually quite lengthy and even presents a companion quest, so in that respect, Mako is a respectable romance option. Other classes have a bit more options, though after a bit of digging you realize that in all the main issue is the lack of choice in general. As a Sith Inquisitor you have either Androlnkus or Ashara. I have only seen Ashara's romance of the two, but I can tell you that it is elaborate, lengthy and definitely leaves you with a sense of satisfaction and achievement. As a Sith Warrior you have Vette, Jaesa(Dark side) and Malavai Quinn, this is perhaps the class with the most selection, for as a male you can pick between 2 very illustrious romances, Vette's in particular is lengthy and presents a companion quest. The second class with the most selection is the Imperial Agent with Kaliyo, Vector and Raina as your options. Once again, you get to pick between 2 girls if you are playing a male character. Notice a trend? I think a basic flaw in the design is that female characters get no real selection. I am aware that certain companions had to be cut so that SW:TOR could launch on time, and it has even been announced(via Twitter) that they plan on adding more content and more companions in the next large update. I have to wonder how that will affect the game? Say, they added another 2 to 3 companions in the next big patch where they fix this lack of selection, what do you do if you already 'married' a companion, but would prefer to pursue a relationship with one of the newer companions?! I feel a lot of swearing in the force. Same could be said about the fact that there are no same sexe romances, although that is another one they plan on fixing soon-ish, but once again, what do we do if we already romanced someone to completion? Gah? Don't tell me I am going to have to replay the game?!?! On another note, can we hope for extra content with companions that have been romanced? I would really hope for that one too, perhaps to redeem Torian a bit? Please? Because as much as I like Torian, his romance is a bit too short and sweet(yes, I actually liked him, I know, I'm weird! XD). He is basically an all gift romance if you wanted, seriously. He leaves the ship maybe twice, but there are NO companion quests with him. I find the biggest issue with Torian, even without the companion quest is that you don't actually find out very much about him. The first few times you speak to him before and after he becomes your companion, there are these dramatic pauses that creates an intensity that is never allowed to flourish. If you don't believe me here's a YouTube video where you can see it all: So, to summerize, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add more companion content and maybe give us a heads on it, so we aren't too shocked by it when it happens? Thanks for your time and contributions! Sincerely, Assassins Of Scion/Belsavis/Fabe/41/Mercenary/Bodyguard
