  1. I can't afford too many hours in the week to play. Just having resubbed, it comes apparent quickly why I hate a to 'pay for time' pricing method, especially if I can't choose the time I like to play. frustrating at the least.
  2. Healers always are at fault, right? A few rules to keep things in perspective: 1. Break Los/range, you're on your own. 2. You break cc, you fight it. 3. You steal agro from tank, may like to control your dps. I give 2 reminders then I might miss a heal, oops sorry, lag People love good healers, everyone learns at first. If they remove you they are douchbags. Cheers.
  3. Since launch I play all classes. playing the same server I probably played 13 Toons all up to around 20...I love the game, love many of the classes, like crafting, not complaining much. Till today. ***** THIS STINKS! ***** I understand bw worry more about idiots racing to 50 and then complain about nothing to do than actually reward people who enjoy the game from any angle possible... would have been happy with a pet and a ty but this 50 'exclusive' thing makes me feel like you can take your pet and shove it.
  4. Oh please. my original point was that I think it's simplistic to believe that bw don't care about the 6 classes they created and only pander to 1. However it's good for you to have a good sense of self worth even though choose to ignore that balancing an mmo across all classes, levels and items while the game is live is a somewhat moving target, most unlike standard programming work. Even though the scenario is probably exactly how you describe, the skills for balancing I imagine to be quite different.... But if you're as good as you say why not help them to solve their problem. I'm sure paying you what ever is a small price to pay for the problems they are facing regarding the longevity of their product
  5. Bw only care about sorcs blahblah. I don't understand this thinking people have. They launch a game, with 6 classes. Once imbalance is perceived, everyone rolling the op class is natural. Since running an mmo is a long term business plan, no developer in their right mind would not care about having good population spread. At the same time, to balance a stat monster game like this, it would be ludicrous to nerv/change everything at the same time. As an op, I don't like being the first one hit, but I accept that since the start op wasn't the choice of the masses, so therefore it makes some sense to start balancing there. Of course we will see what happens in future and I may well be wrong. Personally I can't stand bh cos it's so boring and people who like it are welcome to it, sorc is ez mode and is not for me either... I'm not saying things are right or wrong, I just appreciate that balancing an game for future whilst handling existing customers is tricky as seen in almost every mmo release over the last 10 years. Anyone posting in these forums thinking they have all the answers should apply for a job as a class designer with bw.... Of course I equally accept than most people don't care about anything but their immediate perceived selfish little needs, and as customers it's their right to do just that... Good luck swtor
  6. Haha - operative sends greetings. They just leaving the sorc for last. :D:D Hopefully it'll balance out one day.
  7. I am sorry your upset. Personally, I just mash buttons and people explode.
