Lunchbox is a pub endgame guild that is currently recruiting both hardcore and casual players. We currently have two core 8-man groups that have cleared all HM content, and are working through NiM content. Unfortunately, one of our members is leaving us shortly for real life, and we will need to replace him with a solid ranged DPS. If you are a ranged DPS who likes endgame raiding, is into theory-crafting, can take advice, and can raid on Thursday and Mondays 8:30 eastern, then send me a request to join our guild. Inclusion in the core group will be based on how you test in a HM, and how well you produce on TORPARSE. If interested, send an in-game mail to Sindari. We are also recruiting casual players who just like to get on vent, talk, do dailies, pvp, story mode ops, or whatever you want. We're a fun loving guild just looking to grow our membership. Quick update. Still looking for that tank to form a solid second group. Everyone else in the second group has cleared EC HM and TFB SM. As already stated, group one is clearing TFB HM on monday. Whisp Sindari or send an in game mail if you want to tank with us.

Here's a suggestion for pvping in the game. Make 50 pvp the same as pre-50. When you queue up, equalize all the players no matter what gear they wear. Make gear only essential in ranked pvp. At that point, the hard core pvp players still get to prove their worth. Gearingfor ranked becomes a form of endgame gearing, while the casual pvper can enjoy close competative matches on normal pops.

We have 15 quality players in the guild, and are looking to create a second group that can clear the raid as well. We are currently missing a good tank and wold love for you to join our ranks. Our raids are in the evening, at 8:39 eastern. Our guildies are mostly job holding adults who log in for raid nights to down bosses and get gear. We've filled in some healer spots, but are still recruiting talented raiders in general who are fun to play with, know their rotations, can stay out of stuff, and mostly enjoy being on vent.
