  1. Forgive me if this has been asked in the past, but I believe that the higher level legacy gets chosen generally, what happens if I move a character from one level 50 legacy to another level 50 legacy? Most of old characters from when KOTFE was about to come out ended up on Star Forge and I had been level 50 there for quite some time, I took an extended break from the game and when I came back, I wanted a fresh start on a fresh server to get a good feel of progression again. My legacy on Satele Shan should be 50 in a week or two and I'd like to bring a few of my old characters over for crafting and other purposes. I just don't want the original legacy to completely overwrite the new one and thus I find myself here seeking guidance. Any feedback is appreciated.
  2. I'm sure I'm not the first to grace these forums bemoaning the current state of WoW, so Ill spare you that whole speech, but after all my friends moving on, I decided to give SWTOR a serious shake. I've had my account since the early days, but always treated it as a vacation from my main game. I recently started fresh on Satele Shan after all my of my characters ending up on Star Forge as I wanted to treat this as a true fresh start, and I finally got my 4th buff today so I feel like I can start progressing on a character to catch up to the current end game. I can't promise that ill be ready to join a raid team asap as I'd like to slowly get my account where I'd like it prior to the expansion dropping in the fall. But it would be a good time for us to get to know each other, to see if I feel like your guild would be a good fit for me, and that I'm tolerable to be around! I'm currently leaning hard toward my Juggernaut, but Guardian is doable as well. But as I said, that doesn't really matter too much for the next few months as I'd likely be pretty casual until hitting the ground running with the expansion. Thanks in advance for any interest thrown my way.
  3. I never really got into WoW PvP other than doing arenas with friends or random BGs. Any issue that I had PvE was magnified 10x by the mess that was PvP in WoW.
  4. Like many people over the passage of time, I played WoW and it has pretty much run its course for me. I was going to go full into SWTOR last fall, but I had some old friends pull me into WoW for the new expansion and I just cannot get on board with the direction that the game is going anymore. I saw the Fallen Empire reveal today and the hype is real. From an ingame perspective, I admittedly don't bring much to the SWTOR table at present, while I have had characters on this server for quite a long time now, I have been ultra casual to say the least, I'm looking to change that and hoping to connect with a guild that shares the same principles of progressive raiding in an enjoyable environment that I have. Republic or Empire, it matters not to me, the only caveat that I have is that I am best suited for a DPS slot as tanking and healing just have never done much for me. I enjoy the Knight/Warrior the most, but I'm guessing that's true for most DPS. I'm 100 percent willing to earn my raid spot and feel that whatever experience I lack in the game itself, I more than make up for with over a decade of leadership experience and high performing DPS parses, couple that with a good attitude, and I think that I could be an asset to just about any guild looking to expand the raiding roster. If you're interested, please feel free to post or message Dulanic on Republic side or Dakhath Empire side. Thank you for your consideration!
  5. Thanks for the offers thus far guys, I actually decided to go Juggernaut, and most likely a DPS one at that. Blame it for my love of Arms Warriors over there, though tanking looks pretty enjoyable in this game so if that doesn't work, I might give that a look as well. Ill be sure to hit you guys up for general Sith Warrior advice failing anything else.
  6. Thanks! I'm having fun so far, so it's been time well spent.
  7. Hi there, I recently picked up SWTOR and I'm really enjoying the game thus far, I'm looking for a guild to further enhance my experience within the game. I was a hardcore raider in WoW since nearly the beginning of the game and spent the last several years on RP servers due to how much I enjoyed the community. The leveling experience in this game has been nothing short of amazing and I'll likely want to play through all the stories at some point, though I'm currently focusing on a Sith Warrior though I'm anxious to try the Jedi Knight as well. Ideally what I'd like to find is a guild that has a positive raiding environment while being a positive force in the community. I'm open to trying any class though I prefer to play the DPS side of the house. If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great! Thanks in advance.
