I'm writing this with regards to the Nico Okkar companion reward. Until recently on the SWTOR.com site it said that I must be an active subscriber on 31st of July in order to get the companion as a reward at the launch of Knights of the Fallen Empire. Now I check the site again and it says that the date has been extended to 10th of August - as a "last chance". The thing is: I wont be an active subscriber on the 10th of August but I was on the 31st of July- does that mean I wont be getting the reward I was promised and subscribed for??? If this is the case EA lied and missled their costumers which makes them liable. I expect an answer, so even if you cannot give one yourself transfer this question to your supervisors and higher management.
