  1. Community, I post this with the fear that soon my tickets will simply be removed/deleted like many others. In fact I have yet to read of a singe person having a ticket request fulfilled to any level of satisfaction. I enjoy this game, I would not have leveled up a toon all the way to 50 if I didn't. But to say I enjoy Bioware Customer Service would be a lie. For the last 5 days I have had 2 tickets open for the same issue with the "seesaw" keyword, but it seems as if Bioware is more concerned with penalizing paying customers for their mess ups and simply adapting to the new form of play. They strip away the old Ilum and then replace it with a quest that requires one to kill and collect armaments but put those on long cooldown and not set to share and then pretend that hundreds of users are exploiting when all they're doing is trying to finish a daily. It is not a users fault that one side outnumbers the other. Nor is it a customer's fault that valor was mis-allocated, that is strictly the burden of the game developers. Not to mention issues like going through an entire EV raid with my guild only to kill the last boss and receive no loot and incorrect lockouts. I'm sure many would rather see attention and manpower focused towards that instead of focused at trying to ban customers for trying to get a gear bag.
