What pretentiousness.
FOTM doesn't mean most overpowered class. It means most popular class. If all the classes were mathematically balanced there would still be FOTM classes. All it takes is a couple good players playing a class with a measure of success against the swarms of below average players. That leads to ill conceived balancing and the class weakest against the new balanced class now has an edge no other class has.
I would bet if all the classes were exactly the same, only difference being names, animations and ability names, same utility, same damage, same healing capacity, you would still see massive nerf threads and rage quit posts.

Bounty hunters are clearly not troopers and they definitely do more damage due to being imperial!

He must have played swg nge jedi, instead of easily nerfing that class after its patch the devs spent years buffing the other classes to balance it out. Its far easier to nerf one class then buff half a dozen. Maths son.

PvPers make up a fraction of the community, a very tiny fraction, think of the percentage as small as you can image, it's probably less than a 3rd of that.
They won't miss your business, in fact they won't miss any pvpers business if they all stop paying, or playing. In fact I would say they would welcome and end to the constant crying and dissatisfaction.

The easy fix has already been stated, but people can't get around the rp implications. Make solo queues cross faction so it is completely random. Only those who secretly harbor a roleplay agenda or queue sync would argue this.

Why do people cry so hard about others grouping up? This is an MMO. We do realize the point of MMO's right? If you dont like other players or grouping with them go play KOTOR.....this from a guy who solo que's 50%+ of the time and gets rolled by organized groups.

He has a point, what made shroud and resilience dumb combined with combat cloak is they could run away and break combat while dps was still going on everyone.
The other nerf to dots should be the following;
-You combat cloak to break combat, that clears the dots
-You die that clears your dots;
-You barrier, that stops dots.
There is no meta, counter or skill to dotting everyone like crazy and dying with no repercussion because your damage still happens.

I would say decrease the damage on it a bit. 16k crit on shoulder cannon is a little bit much.

Or play that spec? Honestly they should nerf seer to the same burst and survivability that infiltration has, not the other way around.

So does not getting the movement speed box and opting for harpoon range increase and tactical surge range increase. I wouldn't be so presumptuous to call it a proper choice.
