I called support and was told to download an old version of directx. When I asked where to store the file the support person said he'd check where to put it. After I waited several minutes he hung up on me. If Bioware doesn't care if I get to play then I guess they won't care if I just drop my sub. I'm sick of this incompetence.

The same thing is happening to me. And the time is 9pm not 4am.

Bioware just doesn't seem to care about their product. I've complained about Blood Hunt and Kuat Drive Yards several times. All I get for answers are that they're sorry and pass along to developers. Well I'm sorry to be letting my sub run out because I'm tired of paying for incompetence.

Bioware breaks more than it fixes. They're nothing but a bunch of snot nosed brats faking their way through their jobs. That's why I stopped my subscription. I'll find another game that actually works.

There's a bounty hunter story area at about -1880, -180 where you'll finally meet Jicoln. It's on the western edge of the Republic Resettlement Zone. I've tried several times to beat him and he tears me to shreads and I'm 2 levels above him.
