Are you listening to yourselves? I have no freakin idea who CHRISGG aka Faction is, nor do I care. But I played with the RJ folks, and enjoyed their company, and I have a lot of respect for them. Good read, valid arguments. I tend to agree with the post, although we will never know everything that BW/EA knew about their servers and the number of preorders. Oh well. It is what it is, can't change that. Guess we'll have to coordinate rolling our alts with our friends.

I dunno what the hell the beef is between you two, nor do I care or want to get in the middle of it, but saying stupid stuff like this is insulting to everyone else in the guild. We decided on a server as a group, based on assumptions that have yet to be proven incorrect. This idea that we purposefully chose a bare-bone server is ridiculous. It's freakin barely day 2 of early access, why would you start jumping to conclusions about the server we chose on the one hand, and on the other chide us for jumping to conclusions about how good we are at pvp? It's pretty logical to assume that people that were good at pvp during the beta are going to be good at pvp come launch.

I haven't gotten my email yet, but even I strongly support a thread like this calling for stiffer Republic competition... that's never a bad thing! I can also say that I would not have joined Brutality or rolled with them if they had purposefully chosen a server with no competition.

absolutely!! the ridiculously high traffic on the general forums may just be due to the fact that most people aren't in-game yet... but it's absurd! literally 30 seconds after i started a new thread, it was buried on page 3.

are you kidding me... 30 seconds and it's buried on page 2, almost on page 3. This is absurd.

So I just made a post in a topic, after which I immediately went back to the general forum. It was 5th down the line. These forums are super populated, extremely busy... threads (like this one, most likely) are going to get lost before anyone can even read them!! We need server-specific forums! How are we supposed to coordinate with our respective servers if the general forum is whizzing by at an obscene pace? If not server-specific forums, then at LEAST East Coast PvP, East Coast PvE, RP-PvP, West Coast PvP, etc etc. [crossing fingers that this thread actually gets noticed]
