im confused because im crafting tons of greens and the lvl isnt moving.

I have no idea how to lvl it past 63. All the basic things that i craft are green and i went and bought some that are blue and purple, but i have no idea where i get medical supplies from. Where do the medical supplies come from? GTN has none..............if it does i have no idea what im searching for and you cant search name help please?
