12 Can't be the Valeyard. The Valeyard is in between the 12th and 13th Regeneration. Something split off about the Doctor and all of the evil parts inside the Doctor created the Valeyard and the Master had helped build that persona of him

Because this game gives absolutely no reason to do 16M raids. Guilds that can field 16M raids should be able to get something that you can't in 8M raids. Otherwise why even have 8/16 settings

Easiest way to check it would be, go to a dummy and just cast mind crush. If you get any stacks of the Bonus damage increase than it ticked twice

With the way Eccleston left the series I can't imagine him coming back. Which is part of the reason I believe john hurt is there. Having Tennant and Smith there without Eccleston there certainly points to the idea of john hurt filling that void. Lots of speculation about john hurt being the doctor that created The Moment and Time locked Gallifrey effectively ending the Time lords for good. Seeing the chronicles of the 8th doctor in the magazines and comics makes him am incredibly dark and twisted character to deal with.

Moffat had stated it is not about nostalgia and reunions but that it is about moving forward into the future of the series.

Then why can you bypass the legacy level and 1mil with cartel coins? It isn't like HK where you had to finish the quest first.

You bringing up challenge and battlefield is ridiculous. I feel that MMOs are worse for the loss of hardcore gamers because without hardcore players it becomes a single player game. Why have raids with casuals running the game? Why have any sort of gear progression if casuals run the game.

This probably won't be the first time this happens. The fact there is no reason to grind anything anymore and just throw cash at the game, is probably going to become the norm

There is no story or quest for Treek. You walk up to a vendor buy a certificate and then you unlock them. No long quest chain like HK which doesn't really surprise me if they are going to make it on the cartel market with no requirements.
