Each one is listed on your character sheet. Power, for example, I found under the ranged header on my smuggler. Its an overall damage performance enhancing stat. Just highlight each one and read the tooltips.

I couldn't find a way to search the forums to see if this has been handled yet, so here's my issue. When learning new schematics that I've acquired, I inadvertently relearned the same schematic, twice. (I had acquired one early on from a Slicing Mission and placed it in the bank). The game doesn't seem to have a "check" system in place to stop you from learning the same schematic for your crew skills. So, either this is a known issue and hopefully will be hot fixed later on, or everyone needs to be extra cautious sure they don't already know certain schematics before attempting to learn it. Might empty your pocket book pretty fast if you don't.

Laminoid is a Grade 1 Scavenged Compound so check the mission rewards before you send your crew out on a Scavenging Mission.

Does anyone know of a way to copy key bindings from one character to another without having to reset each and every key bind?
