I expected more from this game. I know that no game was perfect when realesed and it will be developed in real time. The point is the whole realese process is an EPIC FAIL. So many people waited so long for this game (me to), so many basic mistakes were made that pissed lots of people (and that could been easily avoided). We have almost year 2012 but developers make same mistakes like in 2002. ***? We have better tools for developing, implementing, testing new software; new project managment methodologies; new user friendly solutions. I work as a IT consultant. Every day i design, develope, implement and test Management Information Systems. And as a such specialist i say this realese was horrible (for year 2011). And my response for people who say "u dont have to play" is: Ive buyed the game, also had to buy 60 day prepaid to activate account. So i expect that for my hard worked money i will get a good product and will be happy, not frustrated.... P.S. For my typing. English isnt my native language. Try to write some complex sentences in danish (i speak polish, danish and russian, started to learn english). I would like to ask a few questions to our game developers: 1. Why do you allow to create more characters than server maximum capacity? People have to wait 1-2h in queue. You should provide access to the game when a player desires it. Its like a roulette. Maybe i will be able to play, or maybe not. Its not a free game! And also not cheap for most of players. 2. Players over the past two weeks pay attention to the lack of search bar. Is it so hard to add a search engine? Forum has a poor structure and finding a specific information takes ages. Or maybe u did that on purpose? 3. Add local (for specific areas) in game chat channels. One Global channel for whole server makes a mess. 4. Did the Developers ever played MMORPG games? MMORPG games evolved last 10 years. I feel the same way as 7 years ago when WoW was launched. Why not use good practices developed over those years? 5. Its kinda cheap not give a paper manual in box version LOL. Its funny and sad when ppl ask where they can repair gear..... U probably paid lots of money to develope and organize beta testing. I give u my advice for free. I would like just ONE time to see a premiere of a game that isnt fuc...d up first year of playing. In addition: -why even on low populated servers are so big delays in server response? For a pvp player this is unacceptable. -create a topic where people can point problems they encounter. I hope theres someone who has the courage to answer to this questions. And show some RESPECT. Most of us players are adults and your standard answers are most of the time an insult to us. Todays alert about maintenance is just silly. Dont treat us like a stupid herd of money-making machines. I'll copy this post, becouse i know that You are deleting inconvenient posts. Well, here u cant even log in lol

i have the same problem. 89 day subscription, "u are ready to play" in the account profile, but i cant log in. Well things like that happens when u rush to realese the game in christmas time, giving us a peace of shi..t atm. Fe why this forum doesnt have the "search box" omg. i hope this problem will be solved in an hour. Any damn response would be nice. P.S. and plz dont say "every MMo has problems when realesed". Bull shi..t. Its just rushing and lack of respect (making basic mistakes, that should be revealed in beta test)
