  1. in case anyone else tried to just copy that link, it should of course be http://olderrepublic.enjin.com/
  2. Yay, doublepost. I put up a guild listing on the server group forum page in the Sith Wyrm guild list thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=2576914
  3. This sort of completely defeats the concept of being able to congregate in one place and socialize with people who share a reasonable number of the same cultural markers--at least that's how it feels to me. While it's true that in this particular case, the percentage of forum users is high (at least for now) because the concept was first discussed here, most people would rather play the game than play the forums, and so having multiple "franchises" would mean people on different servers would basically never interact, in most cases. Also, it's <The Older Republic>
  4. Do it, you may be surprised. These things have a way of gathering momentum. Easy enough to roll an alt and get a few levels real quick
  5. If there's enough people that aren't east coasters, it's pretty unreasonable to assume all the group activities will be slavishly tied to whatever works best for EST people. If "those of us on PST" number more than say, 3 people, we can always schedule our own runs, can't we?
  6. Created a character Veris - Jedi Shadow Level 10, joined the Older custom chat channel. Took slicing, so I can definitely throw some credits toward guild formation, since slicing is pretty much a license to print money I'm only seeing 100ish ms latency playing cross-coast, so I would say people shouldn't worry too much about their physical location versus server location. Heck, I used to play WoW with a main tank who was logging on from Australia to our US server.
  7. 1) Age 40 (just a young'un in this discussion ) 2) Any US PvE, West Coast preferred. I'm currently on Lord Praven, but leveling is easy, so it wouldn't be hard to reroll. (In fact, my characters on that server are in a guild with co-workers, so it would probably be easier for me to leave those characters there and reroll.) I generally play weeknight evenings in the window from 8pm-1am Pacific or so, plus variably on the weekends.
