Is there anyway to have your companions learn different skills. I want one to be a a Treasure hunter and make lightsaber crystals and I want my other one to make armor and go scavenge for parts. Thanks

For some reason I can't get anymore experience points, and im 500 points from 18. I think I might need to save yuan first or something but im not sure. Has anyone else had this problem? help needed, thanks.
