A month ago you guys broke the game and it will no longer run on my windows 7 machine. I've been extremely patient, but when I called and asked for a refund this morning, your customer service people refused to facilitate any kind of refund for the game time paid for that I was unable to use. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about the refund, I was informed that it was not possible to speak with a supervisor regarding my issue. Your customer support failed to address my issue, and as a player of this game since pre-laucnh (5 days early) I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this lack of support. If you can't fix it, you at least owe me a damn refund.
