A month ago you guys broke the game and it will no longer run on my windows 7 machine. I've been extremely patient, but when I called and asked for a refund this morning, your customer service people refused to facilitate any kind of refund for the game time paid for that I was unable to use. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about the refund, I was informed that it was not possible to speak with a supervisor regarding my issue. Your customer support failed to address my issue, and as a player of this game since pre-laucnh (5 days early) I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this lack of support. If you can't fix it, you at least owe me a damn refund.

Hi, it's been a week since your last patch broke my game, and I've been unable to get the game to run after I log in. Since you don't seem to be any closer to a solution than you were last week when I contacted customer service, I'll be cancelling my subscription. I've never seen such incompetent programmers in 18 years of playing MMOs. SMH.

Is it possible to re-arrange your strongholds on the interface? My main stronghold that I prefer to use is the Nar Shaddaa stronghold, and it seems to be locked on page 2 of my directory.

I've been wondering those same things, why is it possible in this expansion to have your companions outgear your toon merely by running dailies/weeklies, and why make the level 60 HM FP's so hard that people have basically quit running them, good job devs. FP's are meant to help you gear up for ops, and help you learn the fights, not be harder than the ops in the first place . . .

Just a quick question, what is the recommended sustained DPS in order to be successful at level 55 Hardmode Operations? Just a general guideline is all I'm looking for on this. Thanks.

When do the devs plan on fixing Ilum so that players who have nothing better to do with their lives and feel like camping out in the enemy heroic areas cannot screw EVERYONE from the opposing side on the server from being able to do the heroic unless they raise an army to root them out? A simple fix to this exploiting problem would be to make ALL npc's on Ilum aggressive to players of both factions. And please do not try to tell me that this garbage exploiting is PVP. Sending your pet in to get hit and then running thru as many groups of npc's as you can find to wipe enemy players out has NOTHING to do with PVP.

Will they ever be incorporated to the game?

Are there any plans to implement either paid or unpaid named changes at any point in the future? One of my alts got stuck with a garbage name after this last giant server merger and I'd like a chance to give her a better one at some point.

Just like to say thanks bioware, for making the new artificing recipes I bought for 750,000 credits a month ago are now useless as of patch 1.2. Thanks for wasting a ton of my credits on useless garbage, way to go!
