You're right. They always respond to each of my tickets within the hour, but since linking that page in my latest ticket it's been hours without a response. The last two were met with "We are unable to assist with name changes". My arguement beign of course, well you promised it for subbing.

Same troubles here. I've been trying to see if I can get the legacy unlock itself refunded, but of course CS says they can't refund claimed items. Which unfortunately makes sense. I have no extra character slots and don't plan on getting any unless they add a new class which isn't happening. I'll keep opening tickets I suppose.

I stupidly bought the legacy unlock before changing the one and only character I wanted to make a cathar, believing 600 of the 752 cc required to change my one character was for the unlock. Boy was I happy to see it still said 752 cc. So I spent 1352 coins for one cathar. I feel foolish.

I was more-less kidding about EA's general nickle and diming. Point was to tell you how to get the expansion without a credit card as you made that seem like the reason for not getting it.If you're now asking if it's worth it, then google it and determine that for yourself. But since you're subbing, why would they remove things to do at 50? Obviously they add things but that doesn't remove from previous features.

Fun isn't free. At least not in an EA title. You could get a visa/mastercard giftcard from the grocery store, or look around if they don't have them. Alternatively you can set up a paypal, and use your bank to transfer funds to it. You could also get someone back home to buy a game card, and to give you the code.

Why does your guild raid during weekly maintenance?

Our server always had 10-49 pops start around 10am, and 50 pop around noon. For 10-49 this lasted until around 5-6am and for 50's it lasted until about 3-4. This has not been the case since 1.2... Now, 50 pops start around 6-8pm and end at around 11pm-1am. As a 90% pvp player, this is unacceptable. I'm about to go play something f2p just so I can get my pvp fix.

I don't understand how server merges would chase people away. I really don't understand how it would be worse than not even being able to play the game unless you schedule it around primetime every damn day. Was meant to quote the previous poster.

I'm sure this has been mentioned a hundred times. Cross server pvp. Without this, the game is dead for many of us. I sit on a low pop server "afking" through the day with a few others waiting for pvp that never really happens.The same could probably be applied to pve, though that is far easier to come by. If this isn't in the game by the time my free sub runs out, I will have no reason left to come back. In fact, as much as I love this game, the frustration has led me to jump ship immediately on may 15th.

That took you an awful long time, and I'm sorry to burst your bubble however the point of the conversation started with the one day and moved to the 30 days. If you want to keep whining about one day, then have at it. Do you feel any better? Or shall I give you another 25 minutes to think up something rude to say? Just to be extra clear for the grumpy kid, you brought up 30 days and had guessed on when we would receive it. I was kind enough to clarify for you when we will actually get it as well as asserting the one day comp would be given at the same time. What do parents feed their children these days anyways?
