Can someone please help explain what specifically the damage for my primary weapon affects. I have a Sith Sorc, but his damage output on a Lightning spec seems poor to me. Does the damage figure on his lightsabre affect his force damage at all? If the damage number is low, does he suffer? I have not really upgraded his weapon, as I never really use his lightsabre in combat. Similarly, I have a good damage output on a Smuggler Gunslinger, and he seems to be much more effective in DPS terms. But his weapon is at level, and the damage type makes sense in terms of his abilities.

Ok. So of I get some orange armour at level 12 and keep upgrading the mods. At level 50, this armour would be just as good as orange level 50 armour I can get at that level. The only difference is the look really

So does the stats for orange gear change as you go up levels? And I mean stats before you add mods.

Also, don't the Matrix cubes add something? Aren't they worth getting?

Why not just ask for a button to push that just gives all the bonuses to you free. Heck at that, why not have gear that way also. No need to play the game at all. Yes, yes, I agree with that. It needs to be a challenge. But it also needs to be possible to achieve at some point, otherwise it impacts your enjoyment level. I can spend a fortune improving my ping rate, or BW can create a small cheat. If its a pain in the arse itself, should not be too detrimental to the game. Essentially using the Sage pull is that cheat. I'll do that. Call me old, but I like to "complete" the games I play. Thanks all.

So trying to get to some Datacrons on Corrusant. Got these impossible jumping feats to perform, that frankly I can't do. I have a 0.50 sec lag, and so I am always jumping or running at the wrong second. Any hints on how to jump better. It's really damaging my enjoyment of the game.

I really enjoy the game, but I'm not a big MMO player and even on the local AsiaPac servers, I've got a lag on everything I do. Yes, I adjust accordingly (I don't expect to win many PVP battles), but the one thing that really annoys me is all the precision jumping for datacrons. When you have a lag, you can never make these jumps. Hours of frustration. If I wanted to play a precision jumping game, I'd get out my old school copy of Tomb Raider. I want to play the game the way it's meant to be played, but I can't level my Toon properly if I can't get to datacrons! It takes all the fun out of it for me. Can we not have a "jump to here" option (like /stuck) for the casual PvE player?Put a 60 second delay on it, or what ever. Easier than falling at the 3rd jump over and over again (not to mention the 30 others....) (Yes, Yes, bring on the insults, I don't care).

Noob to Smuggling, just reached level 10 and still thinking about which advance class to take. What are the best Crew Skill people take? Slicing looks good for the credits, but what do you match it with? Any other suggestions?
